We offer a number of options for Underfloor Heating.

Our Pipe in Screed systems are ideal for newbuilds, where an insulating layer is installed on top of the subfloor, we then use our gridded membrane and lay UFH to the grid ensuring accurate pipe placement, this is then encased in either a traditional or a free flowing screed.

Our overlay systems are ideal on renovation projects or timber floors, starting at 18mm we have a system to suit most projects.

Our UFH systems are our own branded and have industry leading warranties. If you cannot have any build up of your floor then we work with JK Floorheating who offer their excellent inground system – this is ideal for existing areas when we do the extension with our system.

Working with JK Floorheating we also offer Fermacell for timber floors, where Fermacell boards are installed over the structural floor deck, with JK then installing a bespoke system into the Fermacell panels. Whilst working mainly in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Yorkshire, we regularly travel nationwide offering our quality UFH systems.
